using pork from:
Remove all packaging.
Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes allowing the colour to return and the natural
odour to dissipate.
Place the joint in a roasting tin in the centre of a pre heated oven 180°C/Fan
160°C/Gas Mark 4.
Calculate the cooking times at 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes.
Allow the joint to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving.
Remove netting/string prior to carving.
All appliances vary these are guidelines only.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.Not suitable for microwave cooking.Tesco recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the refrigerator.IMPORTANT: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
