Dauphinoise Patato Bake
Preperation Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 80-85 minutes.
Ingredients: 350g potatoes; 150ml semi-skimmed milk; 80g grated cheese; 1 jar
Tesco Dauphinoise Potato Sauce
Method: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. 2. In a bowl mix
together the contents of the jar and the milk. 3. Peel and thinly slice the
potatoes. 4. Place half the sliced potatoes into a dish, slightly overlapping.
5. Add half the mixture to the dish. 6. Add the remainder of the potatoes and
top with the rest of the milk mix. 7. Cover and bake in the pre-heated oven for
1 hour until the potatoes are soft. 8. Top with the cheese and return to the
oven uncovered for a further 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and golden
To Serve: Use as an accompaniment to your meat/vegetable dish.
