Guideline Daily Amount Summary
Lamb Leg Steaks. Naturally tender, boneless steaks. Grass fed. Quick and easy.
To enjoy your steaks at their best, take out of fridge and remove packaging 10
minutes before cooking. For best results we recommend pan frying.
Lightly oil and season steaks. Heat a dry frying pan until very hot and cook
steaks for 1 minute each side, reduce to medium heat and cook for the following
Medium: 2 minutes each side.
Well done: 3 minutes each side.
Remove from pan and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes.
Season the steaks. Preheat grill until hot and place steaks under grill for
Medium: 3 minutes each side.
Well done: 5 minutes each side.
Remove from grill and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes.
Tip: Crush a little garlic and rosemary into the oil and rub on the steaks
before grilling or
