Duck Legs (82%), Sweet Chilli and Orange Rub (4%), (contains: Sugar, Salt, Cornflour, Chilli Powder, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Herbs, Orange Oil, Spice Extracts), Sweet Chilli Sauce (14%) (contains: Water, Fructose, Sugar, Vinegar, Cornflour, Sea Salt, Spice, Red Bell Pepper, Dried Garlic, Garlic Purée)
- The well-kept duck
- Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C.
- Once opened, use within 24 hours.
- If freezing, do so on the day you buy it and use within 1 month.
- Defrost it thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Don't refreeze after thawing, and use within 24 hours.

Oven cook (From Chilled): Dine in with our duck legs in sweet chilli sauce.
Now this won't take very long.
We've done everything we can to make cooking with duck as easy as possible, even seasoning the duck so it's ready to cook right away. Now there's nothing to stop you putting a sticky duck dinner on the table. Here's how.
1 Preheat oven to 170°C/Fan oven 150°C/Gas mark 3. Remove the sachet of sauce and place legs in tray in the middle of the oven for 80 minutes.
2 Remove the duck from the oven; pour the sticky sweet chilli sauce over the legs, covering the legs completely.
3 Return the legs in the tray to the oven for a further 10 minutes to finish. Rest the duck for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Then tuck in!
Great with wok ready noodles and stir fry vegetables.

1 Pop in the oven
2 Pour over the sauce
3 Oven again to finish and enjoy!
