9 temperature memory

Specially designed for taking the temperature of small children due to the
small probe, the Tesco Ear Thermometer takes a reading in just 1 second from
the ear; considered the most accurate place in the body to check temperature.

Ideal for general and first aid use both at home and away, the Tesco Ear
Thermometer is suitable for use on all the family.

The thermometer features an audible 'beep' when the final temperature has been
reached and an audible fever alert sound if a high temperature is detected. It
has a built in memory that displays the last 9 readings.
It also has a replaceable long life battery and an auto shut off function to
conserve the battery power.

The thermometer comes with 20 hygiene covers which should be replaced at every
use to ensure cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.

Why measure in the Ear?
The ear shares the same blood supply as the hypothalamus, the brains’
temperature control centre for the human body. This means that any changes in
blood temperature can be detected more quickly and easily by measuring the
temperature in the ear.
