Cappelletti are a speciality of northern Italy, translated literally, their name means 'little hats'. They can be beautifully served simply with butter and grated parmesan, or with any number of cream or tomato based sauces. In Italy they are traditionally served in broth.

- Free range egg pasta filled with prosciutto, ham, beef and cheese
Wheat Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Free Range Egg (10%), Water, Prosciutto Ham (5.7%) (Pork, Salt, Flavouring), Margarine (Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Pork (2%), Beef (2%), Whey Milk Powder, Cheese (Milk) (1%), Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Cheese Powder (Milk), Nutmeg, Potato Starch, Black Pepper, Garlic, Spices & Herbs, Flavouring, Malted Wheat Flour
- Keep refrigerated. Once opened, eat within 2 days. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and eat within one month. Do not refreeze.

Hob (From Chilled): Remove from packaging, add pasta to boiling, salted water and simmer for 3 minutes.
Simply drain, serve and enjoy immediately.
Hob (From Frozen): Follow the instructions above, adjusting the cooking time to 4 minutes.
