Pinot Gris Réserve White French Wine
Jean Trimbach became a wine grower in Alsace in 1626. From father to son, in unbroken line, every Trimbach since has grown wine, or in some other way devoted his life to the wines of Alsace. The vineyards of Trimbach snuggle in the shelter of the Vosges mountains in eastern France. Pinot Gris is rich and fragrant, a delightful discovery for many wine lovers. A glass of Trimbach Pinot Gris is an excellent complement to fish especially salmon, and white meat.
One of the noblest of the Alsace grapes, Pinot Gris produces a full, heady, rich and lush wine. Technically dry, but the style is so fruity and full, with such a long palate that the illusion of sweetness is maintained. Its great depth is balanced by a crisp acidity that gives structure and longevity
