Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine
The word Bin is an Australian term to describe quality stocks of wine kept in particular part of the barrel cellar. These stocks were stored in special area in wine cellars of homes, wineries and pubs that were known as the "wine bin". This wine, made of 100% cabernet Sauvignon grapes was aged for a short time in used two year old barrels. It is deep red in colour with aromas of lush berries laced with pepper. A full flavored, complex and balance wine.

History
Binyamina is one of Israel’s leading wineries, following 14 years of investment in vineyards to obtain the best quality raw material, in wine production equipment and in creating one of Israel’s finest barrel cellars.
Regional Information
The winery's vineyards are spread throughout the country: from the Golan Heights, through the finest in the Upper Galilee (Kerem Ben Zimra, Alma, Valley of Kadesh) and Lower Galilee (Kfar Tabor), area of Binyamina.
