We are best known for the world famous Gressingham Duck but when we find something as special as these authentically seasoned Thai Pekin Duck breasts why wouldn't we share them? We marinade them in a Suffolk-made rich plum sauce for an extra touch that puts the East in East Anglia.

Cooking Guidelines:

Oven cook (From Chilled): It's remarkably easy.
Here's how to oven cook from chilled.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas Mark 4.
Remove sleeve and pierce film.
Put the tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Peel off the film and cook for another 10 minutes.
All ovens vary in performance, this is a guide only.
