After obtaining grape juice being kept at a controlled temperature. After this the second fermentation take place in tanks (charmat method) where it acquires the fine bubbles
History
It is our third year producing this wine, although we have used Muscat for many years to be drank as a fortified wine.

Muscat grapes from Castilla la Mancha, specially selected for this blend, mainly Muscat of Alexandria grapes blended with 1% Tempranillo
