A clean and crisp white, with aromas and flavours of apple, lemon and gooseberries. Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from vineyards in the heart of South Africa's most celebrated Cape Winelands. Serve chilled with fresh fish, garlic prawns, salads and soft cheeses.

The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is vinified at a low temperature so to help retain the zingy lemon and gooseberry flavours of this Sauvignon Blanc.
