Cake Mix: Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Palm), Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate; SKIMMED MILK POWDER, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers: E471, E472b, E477; Flavouring, Stabilisers: E450i, E450iii, Topping Mix: Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Cornflour, Colour: Beta Carotene, Sugar Sprinkles: Sugar, Rice Flour, Cocoa Butter, Thickener: Gum Tragacanth; Colour: Cochineal

All you need is:
1 medium-sized egg
Make and Bake
1 Pre-heat oven to 185°C (160°C for fan oven), 375°F, Gas Mark 5. Place 12 cake cases on baking tray.
Don't let children play near hot ovens!
2 Whisk cake mix, egg and 35ml (7 teaspoons) cold water in a bowl until creamy. (About 2 minutes).
3 Spoon equal amounts into cases. Bake in centre of oven for 10-12 minutes, until cakes are cooked. Leave to cool on wire rack.
4 Carefully cut top off topping mix sachet and empty into a medium-sized bowl - save empty sachet for later. Add 10ml (2 teaspoons) warm water and 50g (20z) softened butter to topping mix. Whisk until light and creamy.
5 Place topping mix carefully in empty sachet, ensuring mix is pushed to bottom of sachet. Fold top over to close sachet. Carefully snip a small corner off the sachet to make a piping hole. Alternatively use a piping bag if you have one.
6 Pipe the topping mix onto each cake and add sugar sprinkles.
