Oven

Temperature: Fan 160&#xB0;C,Gas 4,180&#xB0;C

Time: 1hr 45mins to 1hr 50mins

Instructions: Oven from defrost. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Cover tray with baking foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully remove the foil cover from the tray. Increase oven temperature to 190oC, Fan 170oC, Gas Mark 5 and place back in the oven for a further 30-35 minutes. Rind/crackling should be crisp and crunchy. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. To Carve: Place a serving fork in the centre of the joint and hold firmly, carefully peel off the netting. Remove the crackling by carefully sliding a sharp knife under the crackling and gently peeling it away. If necessary the crackling can be placed back into the oven to allow it to crisp up further. Carve joint into slices.

Temperature: Fan 160&#xB0;C,Gas 4,180&#xB0;C

Time: 2hrs 25mins to 2hrs 30mins

Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Cover tray with baking foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully remove the foil cover from the tray. Increase oven temperature to 190oC / Fan 170oF / Gas Mark 5 and place back in the oven for a further 40 - 45 minutes. Rind/crackling should be crisp and crunchy. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. To Carve: Place a serving fork in the centre of the joint and hold firmly, carefully peel off the netting. Remove the crackling by carefully sliding a sharp knife under the crackling and gently peeling it away. If necessary the crackling can be placed back into the oven to allow it to crisp up further. Carve joint into slices.
