Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
1. Pour 175ml of semi-skimmed milk and 525ml of water into a large microwavable bowl. 2. Add the sachet of potato (120g) and stir briskly with a fork until there are no lumps. 3. Place the bowl onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 800w – 5 minutes 30 seconds 900w – 5 minutes 4. Stir halfway through the cooking time. 5. Allow to stand for 1 minute, then stir and serve. 6. Do not re-heat.
Kettle 1. Pour 175ml of semi-skimmed milk into a large heatproof bowl and add 525ml of boiling water. 2. Add the sachet of potato (120g) and stir briskly with a fork until the mash is smooth.
