For best results always cook from frozen. Place 225g (8oz) in a mircowaveable bowl and add 2-3 x 15ml (2-3tbsp) water, cover. Cook on full power for 3 minutes (800W) / 2½ minutes (900W). Remove cover and stir. Recover and cook on full power for a further 2 minutes (800W) / 2 minutes (900W).
Remove all packaging.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
