Bronze Die Tradition
Our 100% Italian durum wheat semolina dough is carefully pressed through a traditional bronze mould, known as a 'die', then slowly air-dried for a rougher, more porous texture which holds your sauce perfectly!

Boil (From Ambient): About 75g dried pasta per person.
Add the pasta to a large pan of slightly salted boiling water.
Simmer for 10 minutes for an authentic 'al dente' texture; another 2 minutes for a softer texture.
Drain well and serve with your favourite sauce.
