  • Keep refrigerated below 5ºC
  • This product has been previously frozen and further freezing will not affect product quality. Freeze on day of purchase but not later than 2 days before Use by Date and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking Guidelines:

Oven cook (From Chilled): Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190ºC, 375ºF, Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 mins, turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.
Grill (From Chilled): Set tray on middle shelf. Grill for 15-20 mins on a medium heat, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry (From Chilled): Add a little oil to the pan and fry on a medium heat for approx 10-15 mins, turning occasionally.

Preparation and Usage:

Please ensure that these sausages are cooked thoroughly before eating. Do not prick Richmond Sausage.

Why not try...
...stirring in 3-4 tablespoons of your favourite chutney to the baking dish during the last 5 mins of oven cooking for delicious, thick, sticky sausages!
