The must ferments between 20-22ºC degrees to obtain the best aromas. The wine macerates on the skins for 10 days
One of the principle and most prestigious wineries in Navarra. The Príncipe de Viana Group was created in 1983. 3 Bodegas, Vineyards in 2 DO’s (Navarra and Rioja), 700 hectares of vineyard. Viticultural management employs the world’s most modern and contemporary technology aiming for ideal vineyard development. Planting is controlled by GPS and laser marking, while vines are monitored by computers viewing soil humidity sensors, local weather stations and daily plant growth data. Modern, sustainable methods and a respect for the natural surroundings are employed, with no soil movement or water course modification
The region lies directly North of the Rioja region, The vineyards are on the lower slopes of the Pyrenees as they descend towards the basin of the river Ebro
This wine can be enjoyed now or carefully stored up to 2 years from purchase. Once open, drink within 2 days.
