Vinification Details
Phenolically ripe aromatic red and white wines between 10 and 11% vol are used as the base for these light wine based cocktails. These standard wines are then blended with grape juice concentrate and specially blended juice base to arrive at the finished wine based cocktail.
History
Our range of low alcohol 4% wine products were launched by Firstcape in 2010 and now have a large share in the lighter alcohol category. The provided fruitful easy to drink products that have proven very popular in both the still and sparkling form.
