Defrosting
Defrost throroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the refrigerator. Ensure the bird is completely defrosted by checking there are no ice crystals in the body cavity and that the legs are flexible. Follow the preparation guidelines opposite. IMPORTANT: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
