Defrosting
Remove the profiteroles from all packaging and place onto a plate or serving tray. Allow to defrost along with the sauce sachet at room temperature for approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. Alternatively the sauce can be served warm by placing the unopened sachet into warm water for 1 minute. Just before serving poor the sauce over the profiteroles. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not defrost in the microwave. IMPORTANT: If food has thawed do not refreeze.
