Vinification Details
The grapes were harvested from March 10th before being destemmed and crushed. Fermentation 30% thermoflash vinification, 70% traditional vinification, 8 days in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC.
History
Trivento Bodegas y Vinedos was founded by Concha y Toro in 1996 and has its Headquarters in Mendoza, Argentina. In 2007, Trivento started work on a new winery dedicated solely to high-end wines, quadrupling its capacity to produce premium wines. State of the art technology allows for quality production processes from reception of grapes to fermentation.
