This smoked salmon is ready to eat. To enjoy this product as its best, remove and separate the slices and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.

Defrosting
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in a refrigerator. Use on day of defrost. Follow the preparation guidelines above. IMPORTANT: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
