The grapes for this wine are fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the freshness and tropical fruit flavours so typical of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
History
Notable for its geographical isolation, some 1250 miles south of Australia, New Zealand's South Island is the most southerly habitable island in the world giving rise to this wine's name - Ocean's Edge.
