A delicious authentic pasta made in Italy from organic durum wholewheat semolina

Time:10-12 minutes

Instructions:Allow approximately 75g of dried Wholewheat Spaghetti pasta per person.
Add pasta to a large pan of slightly salted, boiling water, stir and return to
the boil.
Cook for 10-12 minutes,drain well and serve immediately.

Recipes:

Spaghetti Alla puttanesca.

Ingredients
300g Organic Wholewheat Spaghetti
6 tbsps of Olive Oil
2x400g tins of cherry tomatoes
100g pitted black olives, halved
8 anchovies, drained and finely chopped
40g salted capers, rinsed
1 clove of garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method
1.Using a heavy based saucepan, heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the
garlic and anchovies and saute for approximately 2 minutes. Stir in the olive
and chilli flakes and simmer for a further 3 minutes, continuing to stir
frequently.
2. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, drain and
return the pasta back to the pot.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the saucepan and allow to shimmer for 8 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and set aside.
4. Combine the past and sauce together.
To serve sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
