Vinification Details
Picked in the cool of the morning and left on its own skins for a little while to allow extra flavour extraction. Carefully handled to preserve natural fruit flavours, the wine's fermentation is cool which creates the zest of Sauvignon Blanc.
History
Wyndham Hill Smith found Oxford Landing in 1958 on the banks of the River Murray, South Australia. The winery has matured into one of Australia's most innovative viticultural estates, delivering flavours that reflects the unique vineyard terroir.
