Vinification Details
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes are processed separately before the head winemaker blends them into the house style. Secondary fermentation in bottle then captures the magic of the bubbles. Aged for 24 months in bottle before release.
History
Pol Aimé champagne is produced by small, traditional producers with a record for quality and for good value.
Regional Information
Champagne, the wine, may come only from the region of the same name in Northern France. Limestone and clay soils, similar to those in Southern England, produce the finest quality grapes for making Champagne.
