Half lamb leg. Perfect for a traditional, juicy roast BONE IN GRASS FED

Remove lamb from packaging and rest at room temperature for 10/30 minutes
Temperature 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Place in a roasting tin, in centre of
preheated oven. For a well-done roast, cook for recommended time on front of
label (8 minutes per 100g). For a medium roast, reduce cooking time to 6
minutes per 100g. During cooking baste occasionally with cooking juices. Remove
from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase
but always by the ‘use by’ date shown.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge before use. Once
defrosted use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
