Docg Amarone Della Valpolicella Red Italian Wine
Amarone della Valpolicella is a much acclaimed wine still made by traditional methods using grapes dried on wooden mats. Its full bodied concentrated character makes it an ideal accompaniment for richly flavoured dishes. Open one hour before drinking and serve at room temperature.

Harvest detail: grapes from Valpolicella zone. Fermentation technique: - Bunches of grapes are laid out in wooden crates and left for 3 or 4 months. This process dehydrates the grapes giving a hugely concentrated and flavoursome juice from which Roca Alata Amarone Della Valpolicella is made.
"Equipe SRL" began in 1898. Nowadays it is one of oldest and biggest wine-producer in Italy, very well known for its quality and reliability. We are absolute leader with Verona-wines (Soave, Bardolino, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, etc) and other Veneto-wines (Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot). Our philosophy is: "From vine, to grape, to bottle". The vineyards are located in the area of Verona (Veneto) and cover an area of 6,000 hectares, 70% Doc and Docg
