(All Natural) Scallion, Hot Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Spices
- Rub Dunn's River Jerk Seasoning into chicken, meat or fish and leave to marinate for several hours, then grill on a barbeque for an authentic Jamaican flavour. Alternatively, cook under a medium grill or bake in a moderate oven.
- Dunn's River Jerk Seasoning adds flavour to many sauces & dressings and can be mixed with natural yogurt as a marinade for kebabs.
Baked Tomatoes with Spicy Crumbs
4 tomatoes, cut in half, 8 tbsp fresh bread crumbs, 2-3 tsp (to taste) Dunn's River Jerk Seasoning, olive oil. Place the tomatoes, cut side up, in oiled baking dish. Mix the breadcrumbs into the Jerk Seasoning and top each tomato with an equal portion of this mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven. 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas mark 6 for 15 minutes until crisp & golden.
