This product combines Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) with vitamins E and B2. Vitamin B2 helps the body release energy from food, helps reduce tiredness and helps support our nervous system. This important vitamin also contributes to the metabolism of iron and the maintenance of normal red blood cells as well as providing antioxidant protection. CoQ10 is a natural vitamin like substance found in our body's cells, particularly in mitochondria. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that plays an important role in helping protect body cells from oxidant stress.
