Temperature:350°F, Gas 4, 180°C
Remove all packaging.
Place in a roasting tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 120°C/250°F/Gas
Slow roast for 3 hours until thoroughly cooked and tender.
Allow joint to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.
Adjust times according to your particular oven. For fan assisted ovens cooking times should be reduced.All appliances vary these are guidelines only.If you prefer a rare product reduce cooking times accordingly. If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.Tesco recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.Not suitable for microwave cooking.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
