Guideline Daily Amount Summary
A third of a rib rack roasted contains
British Pork Rack of Ribs
using pork from:
200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
Time 55 - 60 minutes.
Oven: Remove all packaging.
Place rib rack wrapped in foil on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated
oven for the initial 30 minutes.
Unwrap the rib rack and cook for the remaining time.
Allow rib rack to rest in a warm place for 5 - 6 minutes before serving.
For a chargrilled barbecue effect cook as per cooking guidelines above, then
place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.
