Your gift card is redeemable against products at any UK Tesco store or Tesco Direct desk. Also, at Tesco.com on Direct or Entertainment & Digital to buy downloads, CDs, DVDs, games, books and wine by the case*.

To use online you must be aged 18 or over and a credit/debit card is required for online processing and identification. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Any available balance left on your card will be shown on your till receipt or you can call 08450 757757.

The card and balance will expire five years after the last card use.

Your gift card is valuable so treat it like cash. If lost it cannot be replaced. Damaged, altered or cancelled cards will not be accepted.

* We are very sorry, but at this point in time, gift cards cannot currently be used to buy CDs, DVDs and games online. Meanwhile you can still use your gift card to buy digital downloads, books and wine by the case online, on Tesco direct and in-store.
