New to shopping groceries online? It's easy to get started.
Just follow these simple steps below to save time and money.

  1. 1. Shop with a Clubcard

    The easiest way to shop is to use "Favourites", which remembers all your recent in-store shopping.

    Screen-reader tip: The second link in the third list of links.

    If you haven't registered your Clubcard number already, just click on "Use your Clubcard to shop with Favourites" link.

    Screen-reader tip: The first link following H3 "It's easy to get started:".

    Type in your Clubcard number and click "Get my Favourites".

    Screen-reader tip: The form field is the first one in the main content with an id of "clubcard-0".

    Then go to "All Favourites" and you will see everything you've recently bought in a Tesco store.

    Add the items you want to your online basket, so you don't have to search through thousands of products.

  2. You can also use Multisearch to quickly find items from your shopping list.

    Simply go to open Multisearch using the arrow below Search on the top right corner.

    Screen-reader tip: Multisearch is under the H3 heading called Multisearch.

    Type in your shopping list in the notepad, and click "Search".

    Screen-reader tip: You can type your shopping list in the form field called "notepad", once happy click on the button called "npFind".

    And you'll see results for your first item.

    Just add any items you want…

    Screen-reader tip: All product titles are H3 headings.

    You can move between items by clicking on each item in turn in the Multisearch

    Screen-reader tip: You are able to naviagate between your shopping list items by clicking on the link immediately after the H1 on the page.

  3. 3. Checkout

    When you've finished shopping, simply click on "Checkout" which is above your basket on the right.

    Screen-reader tip: The checkout link is located under the H3 called "Checkout buttons".

    Select a delivery slot to suit you, and click "Continue" which is on the top right hand corner to follow the payment instructions.

    When you've checked out, you'll see an order confirmation, which will tell you until when you can amend your order, before your shopping is delivered.

  4. 4. Time-saving tips

    • Save time with "Favourites" - Our handy "Favourites" remembers all your previous online shopping, so you can just add the items to your basket without searching through thousands of products. If you've registered your Clubcard number, all your recent in-store shopping will be waiting here too. You'll find the "Favourites" tab at the top of the page. http://www.tesco.com/groceries/favourites/browse/default.aspx
    • Meal ideas and ready-made shopping list - The "Recipes" tab at the top of the page, contain over 1,000 recipes, all with ready-made shopping list, so you can just add the ingredients you need to your basket. http://www.tescorealfood.com/
    • All offers in one place - We've over 1,000 offers, all grouped together, so they're easy to find. Simply go to "Special Offers" at the top of the page. http://www.tesco.com/groceries/SpecialOffers/default.aspx
    • Amend your order up to midnight - Forgotten something? You can amend you order up to midnight. Simply go to "My orders" on the top right hand corner of the page & don't forget to re-confirm your order.

    • Search items from a list - Use Multisearch to find items quickly from your shopping list. You'll find it below the Search box on the right.
    • Delivery to another address - We deliver 7 days a week & up to 11pm on weeknights to most UK residential postcodes*. Perfect for when you're holidaying in the UK. Click on "Change delivery address" above your shopping basket and follow the instructions. * Excludes some holiday homes, caravan parks and campsites.
    • Delivery at a time that suits you - Go to "Book slot" above your shopping basket on the right to reserve your slot before you start shopping so you don't miss out on the most convenient times.
    • Tell us exactly what you want - Want green bananas? Click on "View full basket" to write a note to your personal shopper, so they select your groceries just as you would.
    • Your running total at a glance - Keep track of the total price, savings and Clubcard points at the bottom of your shopping list, so there are no surprises at checkout.
