How can I find out what has been won?

If you want to know what top prizes have been won, you can send off for a winners list by sending a self-addressed envelope to Tesco Love Football/Hate Football Winners' List, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY.

I went into my nearest Tesco and they said they had run out of gamecards?

To receive a gamecard through the No Purchase Necessary route, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Tesco Love Football/Hate Football, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY.

I have opened up both flaps by mistake. Is the card still valid?

Unfortunately not. But if you go back any participating Tesco store before 20 June you can pick up another card with any £10 purchase – but this time just open one flap.

I received my gamecard but both flaps were already open. Can I claim my prize?

If your card was damaged, please go to the Customer Service desk at any Tesco store and request a replacement card. Remember to only peel one panel.

I won a major prize, but don't want it. Can I have another prize?

Sorry no. But there is nothing stopping you from giving the winning card to a friend or member of the family who might want it instead.

Sorry no. But there is nothing stopping you from giving the winning card to a friend or member of the family who might want it instead.

I won a coupon for a product that my store doesn't stock. What can I do?

Some products will only be available in larger Tesco formats like Tesco Extras and larger Superstores. You may need to visit another store. To find the nearest Tesco Extra to you, please use the Store Finder on www.tesco.com/storelocator/

I won a coupon for a product that my store has run out of. What can I do?

If the product is out of stock, please take your coupon to Customer Service on your next visit.

I sent my card in 2 weeks ago, but haven't received anything back yet. Can you let me know what's happening?

If you've won and have not received your prize within 28 days, please call our Love Football/Hate Football promotion hotline on 0845 026 4558 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Calls cost up to 4p per minute from BT landlines. Other providers vary. Calls may be recorded.

I have just received a letter confirming my prize but it says here the trip is only for 2 people. Can I bring another person?

You may be able to but it is likely that you would need to cover the additional cost. You have the contact details of the travel agent on your congratulations letter. Please call them and they will discuss it with you.

I have just received a letter confirming my prize but it says that I need [a passport/driving licence etc] to claim it. I don't have one. What do I do?

If you unable to get a [passport/driving licence etc], unfortunately, you can't claim the prize. However, you are able to transfer it to a friend/family member. Please call the contact name and number that appears on your congratulations letter.

I won a money off/free product coupon, but due to religious/ethical reasons, I cannot drink alcohol/eat meat/have an allergy to the product

We will be happy to replace the gamecard with another one. Please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Tesco Love Football/Hate Football, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY.
