Pan fried for 8-10 min
Sea Bass with Creamed Savoy Cabbage. Place the Sea Bass into a hot frying pan skin side down and cook for 5 minutes until the skin is crisp then turn and cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes. In a separate pan add a knob of butter and a crushed clove of garlic and cook for 1 minute to release the garlic flavour into the butter. Then add a handful of thinly sliced Savoy cabbage season with salt and pepper and cook for around 7 - 10 minutes. (It is important that the cabbage is sliced as thinly as possible to ensure through cooking). To serve, place the cabbage on the plate and sit the Sea Bass on top.
