We always check you're happy with your 'display until' dates. Well, we wouldn't want you going off us.
Every now and then a product doesn't have as long as we'd like before the 'display until' date. If that's the case, we'll highlight it on your receipt. That way you can decide if you want to keep it or hand it back to the driver for a full refund.

If you've got a great family recipe you love to make at home, you can share it with the Real Food community and with family and friends on Facebook. Simply visit the customer recipe page and upload your method, ingredients and a photo, if you have one, and your recipe will be added to the Real Food website.

We are confident about the quality of our food. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with our food, you can hand it back to the driver and they'll arrange a full refund.
Because you can't see our produce for yourself, we've given some items a 'product life' logo to help.
This shows how long the product is likely to be at its best - anything from 1-14 days. That's not to say the product will 'go off' straight after; it just means you'll be able to plan your meals.
Unhappy with something? We'll give you a refund with no quibble. As long as you've not had a nibble.
If you're trying online shopping for the first time or maybe you've just ordered items you no longer need, don't worry. Just hand back any unwanted items to your driver when your shopping is delivered and they'll make sure that you get a full refund.
