Every now and then a product doesn't have as long as we'd like before the 'display until' date. If that's the case, we'll highlight it on your receipt and put it in a blue plastic bag. That way you can decide if you want to keep it or hand it back to the driver for a full refund.

We are confident about the quality of our food. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with our food, you can hand it back to the driver and they'll arrange a full refund.
Unhappy with something? We'll give you a refund with no quibble. As long as you've not had a nibble.
If you're trying online shopping for the first time or maybe you've just ordered items you no longer need, don't worry. Just hand back any unwanted items to your driver when your shopping is delivered and they'll make sure that you get a full refund.
