About us

Y Frame Discounts Ltd have been trading online since 2008. Since that time, we have supplied cycles and cycling accessories to more than one million customers all over Europe, from our base in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

With a range of over 30,000 products, we have built up an enviable record for providing massive customer choice, at the best possible prices, with excellent and friendly customer service. From kids' first bikes up to high-end carbon fibre specials, we stock a huge range from highly respected brands like Raleigh, Viking, Barracuda and Dawes.

In addition, we have a warehouse stocked with tens of thousands of cycling accessories, including clothes, maintenance equipment, protective gear, lights, tyres and all components. With brands such as Acor, BBB, Raleigh, Black Widow, AquaSealz, Lusso, Clarks, Beto, Adie, Suntour, Shimano, SRAM, Funkier and Schwalbe, as well as scores of others, we are able to equip all cyclists - from the fair-weather leisure rider to the long-distance commuter or professional road rider - with everything they need.

We take great pride in our being able to provide the prompt dispatch of all orders, along with excellent free advice offered by our technically trained staff. Customers are always welcome to call us at any time, before or after an order, to seek free and friendly help.

Delivery rates and timescales

Most items are sent via Royal Mail. Larger items, and those requiring more delicate handling, will be sent via Yodel or City Link.

Items are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We deliver to all UK and Channel Island postcodes. Standard delivery is from 2-5 days. Deliveries to remote areas and non-mainland postcodes may occasionally take longer.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Some deliveries will require a signature. Where a courier or postman cannot obtain a signature, he will leave a card with contact and consignment details. Goods will be held at the local depot or sorting office for up to seven days before being returned to us.

Missed delivery

If a delivery is missed, please contact the courier at your earliest convenience. Should there be any problem please contact our customer service, who will be happy to help you further.

Returns & cancellation policy

Is your purchase not quite right?

That’s no problem. All Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind about a product, you will need to return the item to us at your own expense.

In this case, the cost of return postage will vary depending on the size and weight of the item.

Returns guidelines

If you change your mind about an item, please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Please contact our customer service team prior to returning an item. You will be provided clear instructions which will help ensure smooth processing of the return. If items are returned to us via Royal Mail, we recommend that free 'Proof of Postage' should be requested at the time of posting.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days, we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
