Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
All UK addressed orders are generally shipped via Royal Mail. Other carriers may be used subject to items ordered, destination and any industrial action or weather conditions. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
We ship items 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
Requirements to sign for delivery
A signature will be required for certain items.

Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Charges for returns
If you have changed your mind, you will need to pay the return postage charges. If the goods were damaged or faulty we will refund your postage costs provided a receipt is shown.
Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail. We estimate a cost of £7 to return valuable items, which is what we charge for special delivery.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
When returning goods for an exchange/refund, please include a note detailing your name, contact details and order number, along with the reason for the return. Failure to do so can result in a delay in processing your parcel.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
