The V-Fit 2-in-1 cross trainer and exercise bike is great for improving cardiovascular fitness and general conditioning. The dual action machine provides you with both a cross trainer and an exercise bike in a compact, space saving design. The cross trainer allows you to improve your fitness, whilst toning your upper and lower body, you can improve your co-ordination and balance as you burn off calories. The exercise bike, is perfect for focusing on your lower body and because you're sitting down the bike has less impact on your hips, knees and ankles. This V-Fit 2-in-1 exercise machine can be altered to suit your shape and size perfectly, as it comes with a padded adjustable saddle and oversize non-slip foot plates and pedals. 8 magnetic resistance levels, allow you to select the level of resistance to match your fitness level. It includes hand grip pulse sensors and a monitor that measures time and speed with calorie expenditure. This allows you to plan future workouts based on your current fitness level.
