Urban33 Retail Group is a unique multi-website online retailer, whose passion for providing a trusted and personal online experience has led to rapid growth both in the UK and internationally since its birth in 2007.
2007 saw the launch of Gardens2you, the first company under the Urban33 umbrella. In 2008, after a successful year, Gardens2you was joined by Urban Male Jewellery and Urban33 Limited was born. In 2009 our Urban Woman Jewellery and Urban Body Jewellery websites were both launched thanks to how well received Urban Male Jewellery had been. The Christmas Boutique was next to follow and enjoyed its first Christmas in 2011, to be quickly joined by Home33 in 2012 which has now completed the Urban33 Limited Retail Group.
Naturally with such a diverse collection of sites comes a wide range of available products. From Leather Bracelets to Anodised Tongue Bars, Advent Calendars to Bird Baths, Stud Earrings to Clocks, we've got a huge variety of goods that will satisfy all your Jewellery, Home, Garden and Christmas needs.
From the outset we recognised the opportunities that were available to us overseas and have consistently pushed to maximise this area of our business. This commitment to our international customer base from the very beginning has meant that our overseas dealings have now become an integral part of our ever growing company.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
We ship the majority of our items via Royal Mail. Large orders or items of high value will be shipped via our courier service, Interlink Express.
We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.
Delivery locations and exceptions
Our Standard delivery service is sent via Royal Mail and covers the whole of the UK Mainland & Islands including Northern Ireland.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Orders over a certain value or size will be sent via our Courier Delivery Service and will require a signature upon delivery.
If your order was posted via Royal Mail and they were unable to deliver, your order will be at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office for collection.
If your order was posted via our Courier/Express Delivery service a card should be left with details regarding re-delivery/collection.
Changed your mind?
That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.
We are unable to accept change of mind returns on earrings & body jewellery due to health and hygiene reasons.
For all other items, simply contact us by phone or email within 30 days of placing your order (quoting your Order Number) to let us know that you are returning the unused item(s) and we will give you a return address.
Charges for returns
If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return.
Most of our items can be returned via Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £20.
Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If youâ€™re returning an item because youâ€™ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check itâ€™s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
We advise customers that when returning items they should use an insured postal service, as per distance selling regulations the item is your responsibility until returned to us.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
'If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us by phone or email (quoting your Order Number) within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us.
