This multistand from Triton Power Tools is a multi-purpose trestle stand that can be used for securing wood for DIY projects. You can use the multistand in your workshop, at home or on a work site. The Triton Power Tools multistand has a metal frame that rests on an extra wide tripod that includes non-slip feet. This gives you excellent stability on both level and uneven ground. The multistand can support pieces of work up to 100kg. Just put the wood inside the swivelling and tilting plastic head clamp. A low friction slide surface provides smooth, controlled travel, allowing you to move the wood you are working on, into position. The Triton is height adjustable, you can clamp your work in at an angle that is comfortable for you to work at, and it won't move out of position. This portable multistand can be used for vertical clamping, and has vice jaw opening to adjust to different sized pieces of wood. After you have finished using the multistand, you can fold it down for storage or transport.
