About us

Watchwarehouse is an independent watch retailer. The company dates back to 1910 and is still a family run business today. It is now part of the Peter Burrowes Ltd group and a respected, authorised watch retailer.

We are happy to be able to sell our items through Tesco, because it means we can offer our new and loyal customers competitive pricing, while at the same time being part of the Tesco community

Delivery Information

Delivery rates and timescales

Click & Collect Free Order by 3pm* (Sunday-Friday) and collect in store next day
Standard delivery Free Standard delivery usually 2-5 days
Express delivery £4.99 Order by 3pm* (Monday-Friday) for next day delivery

The Royal Mail First Class service usually delivers the day after the order is placed (Mon-Fri), however this is not guaranteed. To guarantee next day delivery, you will need to pay an additional cost to upgrade your shipping service to a Royal Mail Express service.

We aim for same day dispatch on all orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, will not be dispatched until Monday because the warehouse is closed over the weekend.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We will deliver to customers in the UK, EU and internationally.

Requirements to sign for delivery

If your item is over £50 this will be shipped via Signed For and will require a signature on arrival.

Missed delivery

You will receive a ‘While you were out..’ card from the carrier, which will instruct you to pick up from your local post office or arrange redelivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Is your purchase not quite right?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

You are welcome to return any unsuitable item (excluding earrings). The item must be in a saleable, unworn condition and returned to us with all additional items, including: box, swing tag, plastic covers, paperwork etc.

The return must be within 30 days of receipt.

Standard Tesco Returns Policy…for reference

Product Cancellation period
Perishable items. Unsealed items that can't be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings); and unsealed Data SIMs, CDs, DVDs, audio, video, and computer software and games. Cannot be returned unless faulty
Digital Audio Players, Digital Cameras, Photo Frames, Camcorders, Hard Drives, USB Devices, Laptops, Desktops, Netbooks, Tablets, Satellite Navigation Systems and Games Consoles. 14 days from delivery
Everything else 28 days from delivery

Charges for returns

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As a goodwill gesture, we will refund return shipping for faulty or incorrect items returned within 30 days of your receipt.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns in order to trace your item. You can also forward your tracking number to us.

Returns guidelines

Please use the return address label included with your paperwork and tick the appropriate box. State clearly the reason for return and whether you require a refund, repair or exchange.

If you have lost your returns label, please include a note with your name, address, order number, reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

If you are requesting a repair, please include a clear explanation of the problem. Please note, if this item cannot be repaired in-house, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair under the warranty. If it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the repair and return shipping will be completed for free.

Please see your watch's manual for definitive guidance on what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If repair work is not covered, then we will get in touch with an estimate of the costs involved.
