That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.
You are welcome to return any unsuitable item (excluding earrings). The item must be in a saleable, unworn condition and returned to us with all additional items, including: box, swing tag, plastic covers, paperwork etc.
The return must be within 30 days of receipt.

Charges for returns
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As a goodwill gesture, we will refund return shipping for faulty or incorrect items returned within 30 days of your receipt.
We recommend using a tracked service for returns in order to trace your item. You can also forward your tracking number to us.
Please use the return address label included with your paperwork and tick the appropriate box. State clearly the reason for return and whether you require a refund, repair or exchange.
If you have lost your returns label, please include a note with your name, address, order number, reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
If you are requesting a repair, please include a clear explanation of the problem. Please note, if this item cannot be repaired in-house, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair under the warranty. If it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the repair and return shipping will be completed for free.
Please see your watch's manual for definitive guidance on what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If repair work is not covered, then we will get in touch with an estimate of the costs involved.
