We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
Orders received by 4pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day.
Requirements to sign for delivery
A signature is required for all deliveries.
If you are unable to sign for it, your item/s will be sent to your local Royal Mail depot.
Is your purchase not quite right?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on ourReturns Policy page.
We allow returns in an unused condition for up to 28 from date of purchase.
Charges for returns
Unless your item is damaged, you will need to pay postage costs when returning the item to us.
Costs will depend on the postage service you choose, however, we recommend a tracked service.
If you change your mind about an item, please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
