No longer do you have to compromise on design or quality furniture when you’re shopping for your little ones. Here’s how we do it:- • We don’t use veneers, plastics or cheap flimsy materials - all our products are made from the quality wooden products.

Our large and furniture items are sent via the "Seller will call" option at £14.99. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot.
Delivery locations and exceptions
We deliver within the UK within a maximum of 10 working days. Certain locations off the mainland UK may require us to send orders with different couriers.
Requirements to sign for delivery
You will be required to check your goods and sign for your delivery, in order to accept you have received your order in good condition.
Where a delivery has been arranged through our "Seller will call" option, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery where a delivery has been missed even though it was made within the agreed time-slot.
Is your purchase not quite right?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found hereReturns Policy page.
Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun. Children's mattresses and children’s bedding cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
The Goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them in their original packaging. We retain the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed resaleable.

Charges for returns
All returns can be made free of charge. Please note, we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you require your goods to be collected, this can be arranged at a cost to you. The cost will depend on the item, please contact us for further details.
If you change your mind about an item, please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure it’s securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
