The Tesco mobile Samsung Galaxy Y smart phone has a 3" QVGA colour touchscreen powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The large screen is great for viewing videos and playing games on the go. The stylishly compact pink phone has a powerful 832MHz processor, fast 3G connectivity and Wi-Fi connection. This combination delivers great performance for running applications, smooth multitasking and speedy downloads. The Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS enables smooth and advanced functionality, plus a wealth of Google Mobile services including Android Market, Google Maps, Gmail, Google Talk, Latitude and more. Social Hub integrates all SNS, IM and e-mail together into a single feed linked with the phonebook list, for flexible and easy calling, texting or messaging Offering TouchWiz UI with a customisable homescreen for favoured apps and functions and multi-touch zoom, this phone is a breeze to use. Swype texting makes composing messages and browsing the web ultra-fast and accurate. With an in-built camera and video, MP3 player an FM radio, this smart phone has everything you need. There's 160MB of internal memory with 2GB of memory available via a memory card. The Samsung Galaxy Y has 3G and a qwerty keyboard. You can use the phone handsfree with the speakerphone function and voice dialling and you also have bluetooth connectivity. GPS and headphones are also included.
