With an easy-to-clean stainless steel top, and a cleverly curved design, the Salter 1037 kitchen scales were made for the modern cook. The hygienic and curved platform offers easy pouring into a bowl or pan, and allows you to weigh straight onto the platform as well as in a bowl, using the add & weigh function to weigh multiple ingredients in the same bowl to save on washing up. The 1037 scale features an aquatronic function, allowing you to measure liquids in ml or fl.oz, while the easy-to-read backlit display means you always get the perfect measurement.
