Safetots was founded in 2003 by brothers David and Peter Boast, to provide a shopping destination for the very best brands in baby and child safety products. To offer expert advice and information for parents and carer’s to enable them to provide a safer environment for their children to grow up in.
With first hand experience at being a new parent and understanding the importance of child safety, a clear niche in the market was identified and Safetots was born. With four children between us we could relate to many of the questions and concerns facing a first time parent such as when and how to baby proof your home and how best to help your newly inquisitive child be safe at all times. We wanted to create a one-stop destination for all baby and child safety products and to aid the prevention of any potential and un-foreseen hazards.

Furthermore safetots.co.uk contains a wealth of expert information and in-depth knowledge relating to baby and child safety, placing us at the forefront of the market and in a unique position to help and guide our customers.
Based in Hertfordshire, David and Peter continue to run the daily operations of Safetots and together with a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team…pride themselves on efficiency, (next day deliveries), offering value for money, and most importantly the highest levels of customer service.

All our orders with courier delivery are dispatched with Parcelforce on a next working day service. All orders with Royal Mail delivery are dispatched for delivery within 3 - 5 working days.
We deliver Monday to Friday and our last dispatch time is 5pm daily

Requirements to sign for delivery
We require you to sign for delivery for all parcels delivered by the couriers.
If you are not available to sign for delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for you to pick up from the local post office. If you prefer redelivery of the parcel, please call us and we will arrange for delivery on a working day of your choice.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy
We allow returns in an unused condition for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Charges for returns
We will require you to pay for 'change of mind' returns.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
We do not specify the means of returning the item to us, and you are able to return by Royal Mail or your own courier service if preferred. We suggest using registered mail or traceable courier services as we are not liable for any items which may get lost in transit.
If you would like to use our courier service to return an item to us you can request this along with your RMA number by contacting us. The service costs £15 and you must be available to pass on the returning goods to the couriers on the week day you have requested.
We do not issue a full or partial refund for items returned in the following condition: items with damage caused by factors outside the manufacturer’s control including (amongst other things): failure to follow the user guide or maintenance instructions; normal wear and tear; inappropriate use (for example, a single buggy being used for two children or the use of any toddler/buggy board with a buggy); accidental, wilful and/or misuse of the product; inappropriate storage methods; inappropriate cleaning; modification, alteration and/or transformation of the product.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
Please contact us prior to returning an item if you believe the item to have any form of fault.
