Product Details

The Rio IPL intense pulse light hair removal system uses focused light energy to remove unwanted hair long-term. You place the handset gently against the skin and deliver pulses of intense light, safely and effectively, directly to the hair follicle. The light energy disables the root you’re targeting without affecting the surrounding skin area. The IPL system treats up to 180 hairs in just a few seconds. It’s best used in larger areas such as the legs, arms, underarms, bikini line, back, chest and certain areas of the face. It has a UV filter to control the ultra-fast flashes delivered via the long life-bulb with capacity for around 40,000 flashes. An easy-to-follow instruction DVD is included in the kit. Note that this product is not suitable for tanned or dark skin tones.
